Family Fun Night
Saturday, August 28, 5:00pm
Youth should arrive at 5:00 p.m. so we can set up for a start time of 6:00 p.m. The more people that come to help, the better! We are going to have a great time! We'll be serving dinner (burgers and dogs) but will need side dishes. As an incentive to sign-up to bring a dessert, just know that we are having a "dessert off". Attendees will be able to sample the desserts and "vote" with tickets for their favorite. The winner gets a prize! That being said, if you are bringing a dessert, make your favorite and portion it into small, sample sizes, if you can.

Camping & Tubing Trip
Friday - Sunday, September 10-12
We have a reservation at Patapsco state park at one of their youth group camping sites. We are tentatively planning to go tubing on the Patapsco river while we are there on Saturday, weather and water conditions permitting. The trip is estimated to cost about $25-$30. Additionally, you will need to obtain a special tube for tubing - it's called a "River Rat" tube and can be found on Amazon.com, WalMart, etc. If we do not have enough people interested in going, we may have to cancel the trip. PLEASE, if you would like to come on this trip and are fairly sure that you can commit to going, send Lauren an e-mail and let her know by Friday, August 13th.
