Our pastors are ordained ministers who preach the Word, administer the sacraments, conduct public worship, provide pastoral care to the sick and distressed, bury the dead, offer instruction, baptize, confirm, marry, and supervise all organizations of this congregation.

The pastors also serve as administrators responsible for the implementation of policies and direction mandated by the constitution, congregation, and council. As council members and spiritual leaders, the pastors are the principal vision-makers for the goals and direction of the church.
